Use of the service

FormatRabbit is provided for converting files you own or have the rights to use. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, and not to abuse the service (for example, automated bulk requests, attempts to circumvent rate or size limits, or anything intended to disrupt or overload it).

Your content

You retain all rights to the files you upload and convert. We claim no ownership over your content, and, consistent with our Privacy Policy, we do not store your files beyond the time needed to complete your request.

Availability and changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and may impose limits on usage (such as file size or request rate) to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Termination

We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these terms or abuses the service.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormatRabbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
